A multi-million pound refurbishment is now complete at Liverpool’s Merchants Court.
Owner M7 Real Estate has undertaken a comprehensive refit of the entire second, third and fourth floors of the five-storey building on Lord Street, totalling circa 22,000 sq ft.
The overall project included external works and a complete internal refurbishment, a new entrance foyer, external stone clean and new windows.
Central to the city’s business hub, the building lies at the junction of Castle Street and Lord Street, overlooking the historic Derby Square.
Constructed in the 1950s, the programme of remodelling, upgraded technology and energy efficiency credentials will mean the building now offers Grade A office space.
Global workplace provider Regus is the latest tenant to sign up, taking circa 14,000 sq ft across the entire third and fourth floors.
An open plan suite of 6,400 sq ft remains available on the second floor, marketed by sole letting agents Hitchcock Wright & Partners. This floor is capable of sub-division, with suites ranging from 1,200 to 6,400 sq ft.

The investment by M7 Real Estate has significantly altered the dynamic and look and feel of the building and as a result, new tenants have signed up including Regus.
