Trio of lettings at Downing’s No.1 Old Hall Street

Developer Downing has secured three lettings within its landmark No.1 Old Hall Street development in Liverpool’s business district.

White Collar Legal Ltd, and the clothing retailer, Vita Lusso, have both taken up Flexi-Office suites within the building’s first floor, while existing tenant, online hotel and restaurant booking generator Dine Time has relocated to a larger office within the building’s newly-refurbished fourth floor.

Kate Carr, Downing’s Property Management Surveyor, said: “We’re delighted to welcome our newest tenants at No. 1 Old Hall Street, White Collar Legal Ltd and Vita Lusso. We wish them the very best and look forward to seeing both businesses thrive within their new premises.

“Our extensive refurbishment of the fourth floor has created a high-quality space that is ideal for companies like Dine Time looking for a flexible office that can grow with their businesses. We’re seeing strong demand for this offering from ambitious SMEs across sectors.”

The comprehensive refurbishment project at No.1 Old Hall Street has seen Downing update the ceilings, carpets, signage and lighting in the fourth-floor wing, creating a cleaner and brighter workspace with benefits form a strong flow of natural light throughout.

“This is a prime address at the centre of Liverpool’s thriving commercial district and the perfect base for businesses looking to start up operations. Flexi-Office tenants benefit from secure on-site 24-hour access car parking and our friendly team provides expert building management, with a number of streamlined, business-friendly letting options available,” Kate added.

Downing’s Flexi-Office package features inclusive monthly rents, flexibility on duration to suit each customer’s business plan, along with a short form of lease – enabling early occupation and eliminating an often expensive and lengthy legal process.

All the suites are private but are delivered within clusters with a shared kitchen facility. Each unit benefits from high specification finishes and delivers budgetary certainty through a fixed all-inclusive monthly cost – which covers service charges, electricity, building insurance and rates, if required. Customers also enjoy a building managed in-house by Downing’s expert team, who are directly on hand at all times.
