The UK’s Only Mobile Peaky Blinders Bar Comes to Liverpool

This bank holiday weekend, Street Kings, the brains behind the bar are returning to St Johns Shopping Centre in Liverpool and St Stephen’s Shopping Centre in Hull.  Shoppertainment has collaborated exclusively with the Cheshire based company to provide a unique and exciting shopper experience that has been a huge success since it launched in March 2018.

In scenes that mirror the success of the TV series, the trailer style bar serves a range of Peaky Blinders branded alcoholic beverages such as; Country Scrumper Cider, Craft Lager, Pale Ale and Spiced Gin. The start-up business is also looking at including a range of coffees for day-time non-alcoholic refreshments for visitors.

The bar will be in both shopping centres from Friday 25th to Monday 28th May to serve beverages over the bank holiday weekend.

Clare Andrew, Managing Director at Shoppertainment, said: “We love finding unique businesses like Street Kings. The show is so popular at the moment so the idea to set up a bar with this theme really taps into a key trend. The team at Shoppertainment are working closely with the team at Street Kings to arrange a full diary of events and centres they can visit.”

The quirky and creative idea for the trailer bar originated from the owner’s desire to enter the catering industry to serve food and beverages. The Street Kings team showcased their first trailer to Saddlers Brewery, who own copyright to the Peaky Blinders brand, and they were so impressed with the idea they wanted Street Kings to get started straight away.

Karl Little, Germaine Williams and William Davis, owners of Street Kings, commented: “We are so proud that our idea has proved to be a real hit with shoppers. Now we are working with Shoppertainment we can’t wait to see where our mobile bars will be next and we are looking forward to welcoming as many shoppers as possible into our bar!”
