Specialist integrated marketing agency, Construction Marketing Experts, has moved into Liverpool as part of a strategic growth programme that aims to capitalise on continuing demand for PR and marketing in the construction sector.
Established by managing director, Sarah Reay, in 2011, Construction Marketing Experts was previously based on the Wirral and has delivered a range of award-winning campaigns for construction, building services, building products and architectural firms over the past 7 years.
Recent account wins, a growing team and ambitions for future expansion have prompted the company to reconsider the importance of location over the past few months, driving the decision to move to new premises on Old Hall Street.
Sarah Reay, said: “While our client-base is not necessarily located in Liverpool, moving into the city offers us an opportunity to network with construction professionals and business organisations in the city, while providing easy access to the transport network, which is important for us as many of our clients are London-based.
“As we continue to grow, our strategy is to combine our existing strength in the South East construction market, potentially by opening a satellite office in London, while building on the success of our Liverpool HQ by expanding our client base in the North West.”
The company also sees the move to Liverpool as an important strategic step in attracting talent to the business by offering a central location with all the attractions of the city on its doorstep.
Sarah continued: “The company’s existing team of marketing, PR, branding, design and web development specialists is set to grow over the next few months. We aim to work with the Universities in Liverpool to provide opportunities for young people starting out on their career and provide real world experience and employment that brings new talent into Liverpool’s marketing community.
“Ours is a very agile business that combines the dedication of our core team with specialist partners and associates that we can bring in for specific briefs and our new location will also help us strengthen that model and drive growth.”
